Mark Wahlberg – Wealth through partnerships

Mark Wahlberg is one of the most popular actors on streaming platforms right now and has become one of the highest-paid actors in Hollywood.

Besides acting, he is involved in several business ventures, including a family restaurant and a network of car and RV dealerships.

What’s interesting is that Mark doesn’t have a typical Entrepreneur Chart. His Resource Component (Earth) is almost absent, and his Wealth Component (Wood) is present but needs help to activate. He does have a Rabbit–Pig Wood connection, but the two are positioned far apart, so the Wealth flow is not naturally smooth.

He is a strong Yin Metal Master Element with plenty of Water acting as Output.
His Metal is reinforced by the Rooster–Snake combination and multiple Yin Metal stems, giving him a robust core supported by strong Output — perfect for an acting career, visibility, branding, and anything image-based.

The Rooster–Snake dynamic also forms a type of Influence Talent Bridge, suggesting someone who not only performs but moves within influential circles and knows how to leverage that space.

So where does the entrepreneurial drive come from?
To see that, we have to look at timing. Over the last 15 years, he has been under strong Earth Dynamic Luck, which brings in the Resource Component needed to build long-term structures, administration, and business foundations.

I haven’t checked all of Mark’s business partners yet, but the pattern is almost certainly the same. Mark has Pig in his Chart, and whenever Pig meets Wood animals like Rabbit or Goat, it activates hidden Wood. This is precisely what happens in his partnerships: their Wood activates his Wealth, and his abundant Water (Output) drives it forward.

The Yin Metal in his year pillar also represents siblings and partners offering support and assistance, so that theme repeats throughout the Chart.

HANDLING CLASHES

His Chart contains two notable clashes: Rabbit vs. Rooster and Snake vs. Pig. Usually, this would create instability, but several factors soften the impact:

1. Snake + Rooster form a harmonious combination, easing some of the tension in the clashes.

2. Yin Metal produces the Water in the month pillar, which means the Day Master “owns” that pillar and can extract value from it instead of being destabilized by it.

3. Multiple Yin Metal stems (day, hour, year) give Mark strong command over his entire Chart structure. When the Master Element appears repeatedly on stems, the person tends to hold the center and prevent chaos.

All of this shows that his business activity is anchored in his personal brand. His name, presence, visibility, and media relevance are the central stabilizing forces. As long as he remains active and visible, the entire business ecosystem around him stays strong.
