MASTER ELEMENT’S STRENGTH

Master Elements or ME, are the central point of reference for our analysis. Generally speaking, ME should be strong enough to handle all the surrounding Elements, but at the same time it shouldn’t be too strong; otherwise, it will dominate. Learn more about Master Elements.

QI BALANCE

Information below indicates the dynamic between various Element alliances, how they might affect our physical health, and which Element is needed to bring balance. They are shown in a slightly different way, so certain Elements might be missing because we grouped them together in alliances, based on their cooling or warming properties. So, for example, a Water Element might be grouped with Metal, or Fire might be grouped with Dry Earth because they act as a single unit.

TALENT ANALYSIS

TOP TALENT:
DATE OF BIRTH:
TIME OF BIRTH:

While Character Components gives us a primary matrix of a person’s character, with Talents, we can dig a bit deeper. Each Character Component consists of two Talents; we can imagine them as Yin & Yang variations, each providing a slightly different flavor.

Generally speaking, Pioneer, Warrior and Philosopher Talents represent a more progressive, individualistic and rebellious type of behavior while Director, Diplomat and Analyzer Talents represent a more conservative, conventional approach. Artist and Performer bring strong creative abilities, while Motivator and Competitor bring physical strength and networking skills.

CHARACTER COMPONENTS

The Character Components are the building blocks of our personality. Each Component on their own doesn’t represent a particular skill, but more of an ingredient, which needs to be utilized by another Component to create a functional talent or a skill. A strong Character Component which is not properly utilized has very little value, and it can actually produce negative character traits.

TALENT BRIDGE

HOW IT WORKS

Talent Bridge looks into the ratio and utilization between Character Components and Talents. There are five possible Talent Bridges, each representing different driving forces. Generally speaking, the person only needs one or two active Bridges to bring out their main driving force. Having too many, like 4 or 5 Bridges strong, can actually be counterproductive due to lack of direction. The key to this part of the analysis is to identify your main strength.

For a Talent Bridge to be active and usable, it needs to have both Components present and at least one strong Talent on each side of the Bridge. Between 25% and 50% per Talent is optimal, above 100% is excessive.

Intensity indicator represents the strength and overall influence of the Bridge. Efficiency indicator represents overall quality and usability. The higher these values are, the better the Bridge is.

Please note that these are static values, inherited at birth, they do change dynamically, throughout our lives, and with them our skills, drive, and goals. The dynamic part of the analysis will be available soon as well.

CREATIVE IDEAS

SUITABLE PROFESSIONS FOR THIS BRIDGE
Intellect Component represents mainly our learned skills, while Output Component represent our public performance and appearance. When the ratio between two is positive, the person migth be very creative and have a lot of creative ideas. This Bridge is suitable for all types of creative professions, like scientist, teacher, analyzer, philosopher, inventor, investor, trader, strategist, writer, artist, programmer, designer or any kind of profession which requires a high amount of learning, creative thinking and analyzing skills.
